So proud of my BIG girl! This is second visit to the dentist where she has sat all by herself and gotten a big girl cleaning done. Here she is ready to go and Ms. Janet is great with her. She saw Gracie last time when Mrs. Kendra was on maternity leave so she did great with her.
So after the spit bib, and some stylish sunglasses....Gracie allowed her to check her teeth, count her teeth and then even......
allowed her to clean her teeth with the spinning brush and Mr. Slurpy! She got to pick her own toothpaste and out of bubble gum, cookie dough, strawberry, watermelon, etc......she chooses wait for it.......mint! If that was the choice at home we would have refused and demanded bubble gum! That's my girl!
She cracks me up because when she is done she leaves her mouth open like she can't close it for some reason? I am so proud of her! We did get a little bad news.....She needed to have one cavity filled the next day. She has some enamel issues we have been monitoring since she was a toddler. So we will see Dr. Barbee twice this week....we come back tomorrow to have it filled, and pray she does as well then as she has today!
