Our family went on a short vacation/lectureship to my college alma mater Lipscomb University. We had a wonderful time together as a family. Matt and I were able to get some great spiritual renewal through praise and worship with Keith Lancaster and we had such a wonderful time with the girls and watching them grow in love for the Lord. They of course thought they were on vacation. And we slept in the dorms. And they fed us and we had a wonderful weekend of fellowship with our many brothers and sisters in Christ. We could not leave without showing the girls the BISON statue. The BISON had been painted in honor of the 4th by a visiting youth group, we coincidentally matched the BISON that morning :) We had such a blast we are already looking forward to next year lectures and hoping to take more families with us.
